These are the terms and conditions of use for https://www.aevitium.com and any and all content, services and products available at or through the website, including, but not limited to, any member area created by you (Site). The Site is operated by Aevitium Ltd (we, us and our). We are a limited company, registered in England. Your use of the Site will be subject to these terms and conditions and by using the Site you agree to be bound by them. Any products you offer for sale through the Site or order through the Site or any content you post on the Site, or services we offer through the Site are supplied subject to our Website Terms of Service.

The Charity Maturity Assessment Scorecard (the “Assessment”) is provided by Aevitium LTD for informational purposes only. By using the Assessment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Informational Purposes Only: The Assessment generates results and recommendations based on information provided by you. The purpose of the Assessment is to offer general guidance on governance and risk management practices.

No Professional Advice: The results of the Assessment do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Organisations should seek appropriate professional advice tailored to their specific circumstances before implementing any recommendations or making significant decisions based on the Assessment results.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Assessment is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability:

Aevitium LTD does not accept any responsibility or liability for any actions taken or not taken based on the results of the Assessment, unless such actions are taken with the support of Aevitium LTD through our risk management services.

You acknowledge and agree that you use the Assessment and its results at your own risk.

Consultation with Professionals: If you have any concerns or require further assistance based on the Assessment results, you are strongly encouraged to consult with a qualified professional.

This assessment is intended for use by charity and non-profit trustees, non-executive directors (NED), and management. Consultants and advisors should contact us if they wish to use the assessment for their clients as part of their services.

Confidentiality and Data Access:

Confidentiality: Aevitium LTD is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data is handled in a secure and confidential manner. After completing the assessment scorecard, we will only use the nominative data for the purpose of the report we provide you. We may use anonymous data to provide industry views and analyses.

Data Storage: Using our survey provider, SurveyMonkey, we will securely store the data collected through the assessment in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Aevitium LTD will take all reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.

Access to Data: Only authorised personnel within Aevitium LTD will have access to the data you provide. We will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention: Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Intellectual property rights
Other than in relation to any Products (as defined in the Terms of Service) displayed on the Site, all intellectual property rights in any content of the Site (including text, graphics, software, photographs and other images, videos, sound, trademarks and logos) are owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly set out here, nothing in these terms and conditions gives you any rights in respect of any intellectual property owned by us or our licensors and you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading content from the Site.
